Salad with Bacon and Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes: 200 g (halved)
  • Arugula or mixed greens: 100 g
  • Boiled eggs: 2 (quartered)
  • Olive oil: 2 tbsp
  • Balsamic vinegar: 1 tbsp
  • Salt and black pepper: to taste

Preparation Steps

  1. Prepare the bacon: Sauté bacon pieces in a pan until crispy. Place the bacon on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
  2. Combine ingredients: In a bowl, mix arugula or mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and boiled eggs. Add the crispy bacon.
  3. Dressing: In a small bowl, mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and black pepper, then pour over the salad.
  4. Serving: Gently toss the salad and serve immediately. This salad is perfect as a light lunch or appetizer.
