Salad with Bacon and Tomatoes
Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes: 200 g (halved)
- Arugula or mixed greens: 100 g
- Boiled eggs: 2 (quartered)
- Olive oil: 2 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar: 1 tbsp
- Salt and black pepper: to taste
Preparation Steps
- Prepare the bacon: Sauté bacon pieces in a pan until crispy. Place the bacon on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
- Combine ingredients: In a bowl, mix arugula or mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and boiled eggs. Add the crispy bacon.
- Dressing: In a small bowl, mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and black pepper, then pour over the salad.
- Serving: Gently toss the salad and serve immediately. This salad is perfect as a light lunch or appetizer.
