Quiche with Ham and Zucchini
Ingredients
- 1 zucchini
- 50 g all-purpose flour
- 375 ml whole milk
- 3 eggs
- 125 g grated cheddar
- A pinch of nutmeg
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley
- Butter (for greasing)
Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
- Grease baking dishes with butter.
- Dice the ham.
- Grate the zucchini, with the skin if desired.
- In a bowl, mix flour with milk.
- Whisk eggs into the flour mixture.
- Add grated cheddar, diced ham, grated zucchini, a pinch of nutmeg, and black pepper to taste.
- Divide the mixture into the greased baking dishes.
- Bake for 45 minutes until the top is golden and the filling is set.
- Remove the quiches from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Serve with a salad and fresh baguette.
