Pasta Salad with Ham
Ingredients
- 500 g conchiglie pasta (shells)
- Oil
- Garlic, crushed, to taste
- 500 g small mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 4 slices of bacon, diced
- 500 g broccoli florets, steamed, drained, and chilled
- 100 g sugar snap peas, sliced lengthwise
- 250 g ham (whole), diced
- 180 ml vinaigrette
Preparation Steps
- Cook the conchiglie pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Rinse in cold water and drain thoroughly.
- Meanwhile, heat some oil in a pan and lightly sauté the garlic and mushrooms until the mushrooms are tender.
- Drain any excess liquid and place the mushrooms in a bowl.
- In the same pan, cook the bacon until crispy and browned. Drain the excess fat with paper towels.
- Add the bacon to the bowl with the broccoli, sugar snap peas, and ham.
- Add the vinaigrette and mix everything well.
