Pasta Salad with Ham

Ingredients

  • 500 g conchiglie pasta (shells)
  • Oil
  • Garlic, crushed, to taste
  • 500 g small mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  • 4 slices of bacon, diced
  • 500 g broccoli florets, steamed, drained, and chilled
  • 100 g sugar snap peas, sliced lengthwise
  • 250 g ham (whole), diced
  • 180 ml vinaigrette

Preparation Steps

  1. Cook the conchiglie pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Rinse in cold water and drain thoroughly.
  3. Meanwhile, heat some oil in a pan and lightly sauté the garlic and mushrooms until the mushrooms are tender.
  4. Drain any excess liquid and place the mushrooms in a bowl.
  5. In the same pan, cook the bacon until crispy and browned. Drain the excess fat with paper towels.
  6. Add the bacon to the bowl with the broccoli, sugar snap peas, and ham.
  7. Add the vinaigrette and mix everything well.
