Pancakes with Bacon and Maple Syrup
Ingredients
- Maple syrup
- Powdered sugar (for sprinkling)
- Oil
- 8 g yeast
- 185 g milk
- 140 g all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- A pinch of salt
Preparation Steps
- For the pancake batter, first heat the milk and dissolve the yeast in it.
- Add flour and mix.
- Finally, mix in the eggs and a pinch of salt. Let the batter rise under a cloth for at least half an hour.
- In a pan with a drop of oil, cook the pancakes until golden.
- In the same pan, add the bacon slices and cook until crispy.
- Serve the pancakes stacked with crispy bacon in between. Finally, drizzle generously with maple syrup and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
