Pancakes with Bacon and Maple Syrup

Ingredients

  • Maple syrup
  • Powdered sugar (for sprinkling)
  • Oil
  • 8 g yeast
  • 185 g milk
  • 140 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation Steps

  1. For the pancake batter, first heat the milk and dissolve the yeast in it.
  2. Add flour and mix.
  3. Finally, mix in the eggs and a pinch of salt. Let the batter rise under a cloth for at least half an hour.
  4. In a pan with a drop of oil, cook the pancakes until golden.
  5. In the same pan, add the bacon slices and cook until crispy.
  6. Serve the pancakes stacked with crispy bacon in between. Finally, drizzle generously with maple syrup and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
