Ingredients
- 2 eggs
 - 2 tomatoes
 - A handful of mushrooms
 - 1 can of beans in tomato sauce
 - 4 slices of toast
 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
 - Butter
 - Salt and pepper
 
Preparation Steps
- Prepare all ingredients first: cut the tomatoes in half and slice the mushrooms (if using portobello, remove the stem and cook them whole).
 - In a pan, heat oil and fry the sausages with bacon.
 - In another pan, sauté the mushrooms. Place the tomatoes in the pan with the sausages, cut-side down, and cook until slightly charred and shriveled.
 - When the meat, tomatoes, and mushrooms are almost done, prepare the fried eggs. English-style fried eggs should have browned edges and a slightly runny center.
 - Serve everything on a large plate with heated beans in tomato sauce and a slice of toasted bread.
